Links Golf
The term "links" comes from the union of land and sea. In the early days shepherds spent their leisure time playing with the stick (kolf) and a ball, in the useless lands of northern Scotland where extreme weather prevented cultivation. This is how golf was born: by the sea.
Unpredictable weather, strong winds, absence of trees, hard ground and lots of irregular movement are the main characteristics of golf as it was born.
Links Golf, a different type of game that demands other shots, creativity, patience and adaptability, it can become a lot of fun for players of all levels. We present here the selection of links courses.
