Launch of the Wegolf Amateur Challenge (WAC) at the Argentina National Final
A new era has begun with the launch of the Wegolf Amateur Challenge (WAC), presented at the Argentina National Final heading to the XIV Golf Channel Latin American Championship.
This past weekend, the 1st Argentina Medal Play Final of the Wegolf Amateur Challenge (WAC) was held at Club Campos de Golf Las Praderas de Luján. An individual 36-hole tournament featured 133 golfers from 67 clubs across Argentina, competing for 3 spots on the team that will represent Argentina in the Nations Cup of the XIV Golf Channel Latin American Championship, taking place from October 9th to 14th at Iberostar Golf Club Playa Paraíso, Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

The WAC (Wegolf Amateur Challenge) is an experience created by Wegolf to challenge amateur golfers of all levels to live the competitive adrenaline at its highest level. It begins with regional qualifying stages, moving to national finals where winners are invited to international competitions. The Medal Play competition leads to the Golf Channel Latin American Championship, while the "Fourball" pairs competition qualifies winners for the Fourball Americas Casa de Campo—but this is just the beginning of many other formats and competitions to be incorporated in the future.

Every club, from every region and nation, can host a WAC event and offer a unique competition to golfers on their way to international finals. (we.golf/wac).
