Description
The course has two 9-hole laps by 2 different designers (Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman). This par 73 offers a marked contrast between the two paths between the mountains and the sea, meaning that one does not perceptually notice the change that occurs from the 9th to the 10th hole. With paspalum grass throughout the course (with its well-known short game difficulty) and greens with a lot of movement, Puerto Los Cabos is one of those courses in which, in addition to feeling challenged, a golfer feels comfortable despite the difficult it is to make a good score.
Signature Hole
Hole 6 / Par 3 / 213 yds The tee is about 40 meters above the level of the green, on the mountain and the direction of the hole faces the sea. The view is extraordinary and the shot is one of the most demanding on the course. Missing to the left is a sure double bogey.
Wegolf Insider Tip
It is a demanding course, especially in the shot to the green due to its constant changes in level. You go from a shot all the way up on hole 1 to a shot all the way down on hole 2, and that can be extra difficulty. The 18th hole has a very difficult tee shot and the uphill approach is a perfect finish to a very good golf course.
