Description

The unique history of Lundin and Leven describes them as having once been a single club with two separate starting holes, before the decision was made to split them. Following a redesign by James Braid, Lundin offers an entertaining, varied course that possesses all the hallmarks of a great links layout: holes right by the sea, driveable par 4s, blind shots, and changes in elevation. A hidden gem in the Fife region.

Signature Hole

The 16th is a 311-yard par 4 that has become a "template hole"—a design type replicated around the world. It is a prime example of risk versus reward, where the player must decide how much risk to take on in order to secure a better option.

Wegolf Insider Tip

Arrive early to have a drink at the clubhouse, and take the opportunity to warm up on the seaside putting green.

The good, The Bad

A course with history that is great fun from start to finish.
More modest and lower-profile than others in the area.
