Description

Kyle Phillips created a masterpiece with Bay of St Andrews and Sea's views. The land runs parallel to the shore and the 18 holes have incredible views. It's very playable for all levels of golfers, you just need to choose the set of tees appropriate to your level. The 4 par 3s are the best in the field, in beauty and challenge.

Signature Hole

The 12th hole, a 565 yards par 5. It's a really great hole! A par 5 that, unless you´re playing the professional tees, can be reached in 2 shots. From the tee, across the sea, you can see the Crail's ClubHouse, the 5th oldest course of the world. If you want to go for the green in 2 shots, you must cover the Sea. If you play safe, the third shot is simple but you'll have to choose your club wisely.

Wegolf Insider Tip

Kingsbarns has everything that a high level golf course should have. Great design, excellent clubhouse, perfect service and a really nice terrain. It has many creative shots and once you end the 18 holes, you'll remember each one. There are no bad holes. Wegolf lead some 36 players tours to Scotland and this jewel was unanimously praised, to the point of declaring this course almost as mandatory to play as The Old Course and Carnoustie.

The good, The Bad

The course and personnel are the best.
As it hasn't hosted the Open, it isn't famous.
