Club de Golf de Panamá

Founded by American workers who built the Panama Canal, this club is the most prestigious and traditional in its country. It has hosted a Korn Ferry Tour Tour for over 15 years and hosted the third edition of the Latin America Amateur Championship in 2017. Golf is the essence of the Club de Golf Panamá; it is undoubtedly the most traditional and historic club not only in Panama but also in all of Central America.

Terms and Conditions

• Prices and Currency
  Prices are quoted in "currency of origin", which is the currency determined by the final service providers at destination.
  Prices may be subject to change until such time as reservations have been confirmed and settled by the service providers.
  Prices may be subject to change if the basis on which they were quoted is modified.
• Price freeze
  The price in "currency of origin" will be frozen with the payment of the deposit.
• Taxes
  Prices are FINAL, and include all taxes both at origin and destination (country of final provision of the service).
• Reservations
  The only way to consider a firm reservation is through the payment of 40% of the value of the services. The balance (60% of the remaining services) must be paid before July 17^th 2024. The amount will be considered "paid" only once it has been credited in favor of Wegolf.
  The total or partial prepayment of the reserved services implies the acceptance of the general conditions.
• Cancellations:
  When the passenger who booked a trip confirms that he/she will not attend leaving his/her place empty.
  1- Since booking until July 17^th: The client will lose 10% of the total price agreed upon.
  2- From July 18^th to 25^th: The client will lose 30% of the total price agreed upon.
  3- Since July 26^th: The client will lose 100% of the total price agreed upon and the agency will be able to dispose of these places at its discretion, without having to pay anything to the client (whether he/she occupies them with another client or not).
• Disclaimer of liability in case the client is not allowed to enter/exit the country of destination
  Wegolf declines all responsibility if the foreign authorities refuse the visa to the passenger or if, for any other special reason corresponding to the passenger, the foreign authorities do not allow entry to the corresponding country. For Wegolf it will be a case of "cancellation without replacement".
• Itinerary Changes
  The travel itinerary is confirmed with the reservation and payment of 40%. During the course of time until 100% of the reservation is paid, changes can be made in courses or accommodations according to the conditions established by our suppliers. Within 30 days prior to the trip, all changes will have an additional cost according to the individual conditions established by each provider. Wegolf is not responsible for cases in which the Overseas Supplier considers a "No Show".
• Responsibilities
  Wegolf has made a careful selection of its service providers, such as hotels, golf courses, resorts, transportation, guides and other services. However, as these are independent suppliers, Wegolf shall not be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur due to:
  (a) Any act or omission of any such suppliers.
  b) Any other event over which Wegolf has no control.
• EVT Company and Legacy
  Wegolf is the golf division of DISCOVER ARGENTINA S.A. Travel and Tourism Company approved by the Secretary of Tourism of the Argentine Nation, with Legajo EVT # 11364.
