Royal Óbidos Golf Course

Designed by the legendary Severiano Ballesteros -who never played it after it was inaugurated- the Royal Óbidos golf course is located within a complex with a 5-star hotel and spa. With wide fairways, variations in height, and both greens and bunkers with a good surface, it presents a good challenge since its length, added to the constant wind, makes it a tough challenge.

Terms and Conditions

• Reservations
• They will only be confirmed upon payment of 50% of the value of land services. The balance is due before 60 days prior to passenger (s) arrival. Once the amount is credited in favor of WeGolf it will be considered as paid. Payment shall be done according to the instructions our company will provide in each case.
• In case of reservations made with an anticipation of less than the mentioned 30 days, the deposit of the totality of the services within 24 hours after the reservation is made will be required.
• If this requirement is not fulfilled, the reservation will be considered automatically cancelled, the conditions described in chapter "CANCELLATIONS" will apply, and no claim will be accepted.
• Total or partial advanced payment of the reserved services implies the acceptance of the general conditions on the side of the contracting party.

• Prices
• Prices may suffer modifications till the moment the suppliers of the services have confirmed the reservations. Prices include all taxes.
• Rates are subject to changes according to the number of passengers.
•  
• Payment
• It will be done in U.S. dollars. The amount should be transferred to the detailed bank account, as described in the respective Proforma Invoice (including all the description of the payments procedure).
•  
• Our Prices Include
• All the items listed as “included services”.

• Our Prices Do Not Include
•  Airport charges
•  Extras such as alcoholic beverages (except express indication), meals that do not appear on the program, etc.
•  Any personal expenses (such as tips, laundry expenses, telephone calls, etc).

• Cancellations
• If they are produced 30 days before the arrival date or previously, retention of 10% per guest will be applied. Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date retention of 50% per guest will apply.
• If the cancellation is made in a period of time of 14 days or less, the retention will be for 100% of what has been paid for
• land services, (air services refunding depend on each airline’s policies).
• The date of the cancellation will be established the following day that Wegolf receives the communication of the passenger.

• Organized Programs
• Wegolf reserves the right to modify or cancel a program, in which case the passenger will be refunded the totality of the services that have not been used.
• If the passenger chooses not to use a contracted service, this one will not be refunded.
•  
• Responsibilities
• Wegolf has made a careful selection of its services suppliers, such as hotels, restaurants, transportation, golf courses, guides and other services.
• Nevertheless, since these are independent suppliers, Wegolf cannot be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss
• that may occur due to:
• a) Any act or omission of any such suppliers.
• b) Any other event over which it has no control.
•  
• The contract, billing and issue of travel documentation by Wegolf of any program or service requested and delivered, implies for the agency and for the passenger the acceptance of the present TERMS & CONDITIONS and work as a supporting document or travel agreement.
