Description

Termas de Río Hondo Golf Club is the first design of the Robert Trent Jones II studio in South America. It was built with all the trendy features of modern golf and seeded entirely with paspallum from tee to green. Presenting no rough and greens of varied designs, its main defenses are the winds, bunkers, slopes and natural pastures. This course can play as par 71, 72 or 73, and it´s multiple tees can take it from 5.218 yards to 7.510 yards, guaranteeing great fun for every player. The greens have a varied design, with different tiers and false fronts and big collection areas. With no par 4s in the last four holes, the ending in this course guarantees action, ending in par 3, par 5, par 3 and par 5. The Club has 45 new Club Car trolleys and 2 bar cars, first level practice area including a double-head driving range.

Signature Hole

The 9th hole, stroke index 1, can be played either as a par 4, through the fairway on the right side, or a par 5 on the left fairway, requiring a risky approach over the creek to a wide and short green hiding a bunker behind it.
