Description
Located on a peninsula near Dublin, land belonging to famous distiller John Jameson gave rise to the initial design of Mungo Park and later George Coburn. With water on three sides of the layout, it has an incredible naturalness and is constantly at the mercy of the wind. Its greens are a demanding test for every golfer, due to its varied drops and speed.
Signature Hole
The 15th hole is a long par 3 of 204 yards, with beautiful views, which requires a precise ball flight to avoid the trifecta of bunkers that defend the elongated green.
Wegolf Insider Tip
The clubhouse has historic memorabilia, nice locker rooms, and a large pro shop that is worth a visit.
