Description

The Barefoot Resort features courses designed by Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. The latter built the longest and most demanding course of the four, with its own distinctive stamp. Its characteristic bunkering that alternates between large surfaces and other small ones scattered throughout the field, as well as water gaining prominence in different sectors.

Signature Hole

If you know the course, you know well that throughout the round you are thinking with fear about the 18th hole. This 471-yard par 4 is reminiscent of the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass, with water from tee to green on the left edge, being a threat constant until the end.

Wegolf Insider Tip

The good, The Bad

A nice introduction to the wonderful world of Pete Dye.
A tough test for the amateur golfer.
