Old Head offers some of the most dramatic golf course terrain in the world. Cliffs on the 4 sides of this peninsula offer spectacular landscapes and golf shots in which failing on the wrong side is sending the ball to the bottom of the sea. Ireland offers its classic wet and windy climate and Old Head Golf Links is no exception. Signature Hole
Hole 4 / Par 4 / 427 yards: Called "The Razor's Edge", with its green attached to the lighthouse, is the emblem of the course. The tee shot is one of the most intimidating that the course offers and the second shot if it does not go to the green opens the possibility of a very high score.

Golf offers many courses that a fanatical player should play before dying. Within that imaginary ranking there are some that are more "mandatory" than others. Old Head Golf Links is one of those: you have to go at least once, and then you'll probably want to come back. The reality that is one of the most difficult courses to describe, because no words will do enough justice with this extraordinary place
