Description

Lahinch is one of those courses that no one is indifferent to; one of the hidden gems of the Emerald Isle. With initial participation by Tom Morris and a redesign by Alister MacKenzie, this field appeals to strategic thinking in the same way that it entertains locals and strangers. Its grass dunes generate blind shots and hits that require as much precision as faith in the result, and that reward those who decide to take risks.

Signature Hole

Hole 5 is one of the most talked about holes on the course. The 154-yard par 3 seems short, but requires crossing a dune in front of the long, shallow green.

Wegolf Insider Tip

During your round you will be able to come across goats grazing on the field. If this does not happen, the sculpture alluding to the club logo (a jumping goat) is the mandatory spot for a picture.

The good, The Bad

An entertaining course in a fantastic condition.
Like most courses in Ireland, it is distant from others and requires moving from one place to another.
