Description
Thirty-seven years after the opening of Teeth of the Dog, the son of the legendary Pete, Paul Burk (P.B.) Dye, would design the La Estancia Golf course just a few kilometers away. Framed by an undulating landscape, close to the Chavón River, with excellent views due to its ravines and cliffs. A field often overshadowed by its neighbors, but well worth knowing.
Signature Hole
Hole 5 is a short par 3 that is not usually common. The tee shot towards a green located below foot level, surrounded by a canyon that imposes pressure.

Getting a tee time is usually much easier -and cheaper- than in Casa de Campo.
It lacks the spectacular nature of holes on the sea.
